The bad reviews are not accurate. We stayed here tonight for an early airport departure tomorrow. All amenities were available as promised. In fact, our room is huge and immaculately clean, had tv, remote, fridge, snacks and restaurant in lobby. Everything worked perfectly. The bed is so comfortable-my husband fell asleep as soon as his head hit the pillow. I felt I had to stay awake to do this review because I know those bad reviews are false. Not sure when hotel was updated but I found modern and extremely clean decor. The floors in the room, drapes, lamps and wall decor looked newer. Lamps had fast charging ports in base. Cream colored room chair was comfortable and not one spot on the fabric. All decor seems new to me. Body products furnished smelled delicious. All staff have been professional and very friendly, helpful. After reading the reviews I walked the halls later in the evening where I noted all carpeting was extremely clean, the entire place smells clean and fresh. All common areas are super clean and open. Ice machines are full and working. Front desk has been staffed with one or more helpful staff this night. Thank you all for a safe clean stay!
Came into town for a Monday night Steelers game! We come for almost every home game , and get treated amazing everytime, hotel is in a secluded area, but close to the main town center. The bar is not currently open but the front desk agent who was the bartender last year when we were coming is amazing! (Shout out Kelsey) We are hoping the bar opens back up before season ends and we’re back again. Rooms are always nice, hotel is currently being fixed up. Will be back!
This hotel is tucked away in a quiet industrial park. I have stayed 4 times in the past year and it has always been very clean and quiet. I have never had an issue and am always greeted with kindness. It is about 5 minutes from the airport and great for a stay the night before an early flight.
Breakfast is minimal, rooms are not bad but ours has a weird smell. Bed is comfortable! Staff was really nice. Location is really nice, about 20 minute drive from downtown. Road coming in was a bit rough but not horrible. We were told they are doing renovations so the pool and restaurant(bar) were closed and renovations could explain the smell a little. Overall it was cheaper than other options and therefore worth it.
Great location. Very clean. Friendly. Bar area looks great being renovated for future. Gave it a 41/2 only because of the breakfast but as noted it is being worked on for the future
Kels was tremendous in taking care of our needs during a difficult day with a terrible snowstorm. She went above and beyond with customer service to make us feel comfortable and taken care of and definitely earned my future business.
Recently traveled here with my crew for work and had a great experience. It was a busy weekend for them but everything was handled well, all of the ladies at the front desk who were working were great throughout our weekend stay everyone was helpful, gave us places to eat and suggestions on what’s around . Overall , rooms were nice, a little outdated but the service and hospitality made up for everything. Definitely will be back!
Kelsea was fantastic at the front desk. Super helpful with our check in was the best service received at a hotel in many years is not ever. Would definitely stay here again due to the excellent service she provided to myself and fellow guest.
